“The future is now and care is the conduit of energy to restore human connection. We are here to be an awakening of sacred care for The Livelihood of human evolution so that humans can survive in a world driven by information and technology overload.”
A livelihood is sustainable when it can withstand the stress and shocks of changing circumstances. Our world is rapidly changing with the livelihood comprising the capabilities, activities, and assets (material and social resources) required for living well.
From the lineage of Black women, we extract, honor, and hold sacred the stories, the rituals, the care practices, and the divine wisdom of our ancestors. This curricula of care exists in our DNA. Our mission is vital for the deep seeded needs of connection and restorative care for self, for our families, for community and out into the world in that order.
We are a co-operative of humans cultivating a livelihood centered in care a society we have created from scratch. Welcome to our refuge to recover, refuel and find respite in the middle of all the noise and stressors of everyday life.
Corporate conscious exchange
Whether you choose to belong to this society by being a corporate care holder, a village partner, a member, or a human that needs an intentional moment to refuel. We are here now.

Why is social well being and restorative care necessary? Research tells us in the aftermath of Covid 19 global pandemic, that workplace stress has increased in many professions. A recent study found that following the start of the pandemic:
26.21%
met the diagnostic
criteria for PTSD1
63.71%
reported burnout1
16.22%
reported grief1
49.5%
reported secondary
trauma1
The increasing use of technology has decreased human contact, which impacts the deep need for human connection. While accessibility and technological advances do contribute to societal evolution, data cannot replace human touch. Research tells us that supportive and caring connections decrease health risks, increase immune functioning, and improve overall well-being.2
A 2023 study from the American Heart Association reported that burnout — chronic, unmanaged workplace stress — is on the rise, with 4 in 5 employees (82%) at least sometimes feeling burned out in their role. Burnout can lead to exhaustion, disengagement, negativity and reduced performance, with a study from Gallup estimating employee disengagement costs U.S. companies approximately $1.9 trillion in lost productivity.3
The American Heart Association surveyed over 5,000 employees in the U.S. to examine what experiences are most associated with burnout and how some of these factors can be mitigated through workplace policy and culture. The theme? People are feeling disconnected.
